NINA · Terms
Simple terms for using NINA.
Effective 22 October 2026 · Last updated 21 October 2026
Who these terms are with
NINA is operated by Devansh Dwivedi, 4/168, Nawabganj, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh 209859, India. By using NINA you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.
Who can use NINA
You must be 18 or older. NINA is for personal, lawful use in dressing yourself and managing your own wardrobe.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of your photos and everything you write. You give NINA permission to store, process and display that content, and to send it to the services named in the Privacy policy, for one purpose: operating and personalising NINA for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don’t upload photos of other people without their agreement.
AI suggestions are suggestions
NINA’s looks, descriptions and answers are generated by software, including OpenAI’s models, from your closet, preferences and the weather. They will sometimes be wrong. Use your own judgement for dress codes, weather exposure, safety, purchases and garment care. If a reply is offensive, harmful or wrong, use the Report button on it.
Accounts
You can start without signing in. Signing in with Apple or Google keeps your closet backed up and available on other devices. Keep that account secure: anyone who can sign in as you can see your closet.
Paid features
NINA is free today. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, any trial and how to cancel will be shown before you’re charged, and billing will be handled by the app store.
Availability and changes
NINA is early software. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Ending it
You can stop using NINA at any time and delete everything it holds from Account → Delete account, whether or not you ever signed in. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, break the law or harm others.
Warranty, liability and governing law
Warranty. NINA is early software, and we provide it as it is. We take reasonable care in running it, but we can’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that a look or an answer will suit you or an occasion. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that you have under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, that an agreement can’t exclude.
Liability. If we break these terms or don’t take reasonable care, we are responsible for the loss that you suffer as a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that nobody could foresee, or for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for our duties under data protection law, or for anything else that the law doesn’t let us limit.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Unnao, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. This doesn’t take away your right to bring a complaint before a consumer commission where you live or work, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows.
