NINA · Delete your account
Delete your NINA account and data.
In the app (everyone)
Open NINA → Account → Delete account, or Delete everything if you never signed in. Your closet, photos, profile, outfits, history and your account record are erased; the app starts over as a fresh install. This works whether or not you ever signed in, and is the fastest way.
From the web (if you signed in with Apple or Google)
Send a deletion request from the email address on your Apple or Google sign-in, so we can match it to your account: email a deletion request (to devansh@ninastylist.com, subject “NINA account deletion request”).
We reply to that address to confirm it’s you before deleting anything. Once you confirm, we delete the account the same way the app does, and tell you when it’s done. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmation, and usually within a day or two.
If you used “Hide My Email” with Apple, send the request from the address Apple relays to you, or say so in your email and we’ll work out the match with you.
If you never signed in
An anonymous account isn’t tied to any email or name, so there’s nothing we can match a web request to. Use Delete everything in the app. If you’ve deleted the app already, the data stays tied to an identifier no one can sign in to; write to us if you’d like help.
What is deleted, and what remains
Deleted: your closet items and photos, profile, generated outfits, wear and feedback history, wishlist, reports, your AI and age answers, your account record, and your sign-in account. If a photo can’t be removed straight away, removal is retried automatically until it’s done.
What remains: a record that the deletion was carried out, holding only the anonymous account identifier, kept for 30 days after the clean-up finishes; and database backups until they expire (see Privacy, “How long it is kept”).
